My DVD Maker allows you to create and burn DVDs. Besides that, it includes different video conversion tools. Creating DVDs is easy, thanks to its 3-step conversion wizard. First, you have to select the output directory and the output format. The program supports both NTSC and PAL video standards. Among its basic settings you can choose the video standard and the TV format (4:3 standard TV or 16:9 Wide screen TV). You can also configure more advanced settings, such as NTSC/PAL format resolution, video image quality control, and the audio type and bit rate. Then, you have to select the media files to be added (supported formats include AVI, WMV, and Real Media). Each file added is automatically previewed and tested, and you can setup its video input parameters: start/end position and audio channel. Next, you have to setup the DVD menu: thumbnails, text, background, and buttons. Finally, you have to start the conversion process. The conversion time will depend on the duration and quality of the videos. Other conversion options included are conversion to AVI, WMV, Audio, and Image.
